Google Cancelled the Biggest Event of the Year 2020

Google cancelled the I/O developer event this year. Google I/O even was scheduled between 12th May 2020 to 14th May 2020. They canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak.

In this event, Google was going to be announced the new updation news. Also the changes and updation to Android, Google Powered Hardware and updates the services in Google Maps. The Google also going to said that we are exploring new ways to bring innovation in the Google I/O to build a strong developer community.

Google announced that those attendees who purchased ticket will be fully refunded by 13th March 2020 and those who don’t want to get a refund will be automatically granted those tickets to next year’s event in 2021.

Google cancels the big event in a line of technological events to be scrapped only due to coronavirus issue. Just like Mobile World Congress was also canceled and the same Facebook’s F8 developer conference was also canceled. It was just of coronavirus.
